Here’s the last-minute leak for the iPad 3. Mr. X of 9to5mac says that 4G iPads are now showing up in Apple’s inventory system. There have been rumors spreading in the last few days claiming that Apple’s next-generation iPad, known as iPad 3 or iPad HD, will support 4G-LTE at Apple stores.
Tech blog iMore reported few days ago that Apple’s next iPad will, in fact, support 4G LTE connectivity. 9to5mac, less than an hour before the event, confirms the rumor claimed by iMore.
Mr. X. just got word that 4G iPads are showing up in Apple’s inventory system. Here’s the first one:
MD369LL/A – IPAD WI-FI 4G 16GBLACK – USA.
That is the J2A “Good” model = 4G. That means that the 4G LTE iPads won’t only be in the US, but overseas as well.
