Apple To Launch 4G LTE-enabled iPhone Next Year (REPORT)

Apple is expected to launch a 4G LTE-enable iPhone next year, according to a new report on DigiTimes. The report claims that the next iPhone handset will include an embedded 4G LTE radio. Apple has been rumored to include this feature in the iPhone 5 so we it’s high probably the iPhone 5 is the handset which will get 4G support.

According to anonymous industry sources of DigiTimes, the LTE-enable iPhone will happen in 2012.

The report also expects that Nokia, RIM and Sony Ericsson will also launch 4G LTE-enable phones by 2012. Currently, there are 35 LTE networks and that number is expected to bypass 100 by the end of 2012.
