iPhone 4S Speaker Volume Is Much Louder Than The iPhone 4 (VIDEO)

by Ahmed Omar on October 16, 2011

In case you have an iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4 or any older iPhone, you might notice that the speaker volume of those devices is very low. The iPhone 4S comes with tons of new features and additions, the best of them is Siri. Now, there’s another great reason to upgrade to the iPhone 4S.

iPhone 4S Speaker Volume

In a compare done by Jeff Benjamin of iDownloadBlog, it was shown the iPhone 4S’ speaker volum is much louder than the iPhone 4′s. The video below shows that:

There’s no denying the evidence; as you can see from the video, the iPhone 4S pumped out 6 more decibels than the iPhone 4 when at the same volume levels.

The reviewer claims that he is sure that both the iPhone 4 and the iPhone 4S “were at the same exact distance from the external mic, and that none of the sound was modified in anyway.”

If you have a good ear and can listen, you’ll find that the iPhone 4S is actually much louder than the iPhone 4.

Isn’t that Apple’s disappointing iPhone 4S? No more!

Oh That’s good! I was soooo dissapointed in the iPhone speaker volume. Compared to my friend’s HTC Phone, it was terrible. His music and calls were sooo loud. With my iPhone I couldn’t even drive and talk with the speaker phone on cause you couldn’t hear anything. I’m having my iPhone 4S delivered on Monday. I hope it’s drastically louder. =o)
