Microsoft Surface vs. iPad vs. Galaxy Note 10.1

by nanopitech on October 18, 2012

Microsoft has lately revealed how much the soon to be released Surface tablet would cost. The price for the 32GB Windows RT slate is going to be $499, and customers would have to pay $100 extra for the one with the touch keyboard. The price for the 64GB variant is going to be $699 with the keyboard cover.

This means this tablet is going to be priced at a less amount then other upcoming Windows RT tablets, such as Lenovo IdeaPad Yoga 11, which has a starting price of $799, and it’s even less then the iPad, which is $100 for the 32GB version.

The president of the Windows and Windows Live division at Microsoft, Steven Sinofsky stated that they are excited about the price and the value. The tablet is offering a terrific deal according to him.

There is no way in hell I would buy the Surface Tab. Doesn’t even come close to what the competitors have.

I would add multi user to the surface list.
