Apple’s new CEO Tim Cook made his first major move by promoting Eddy Cue, a 22 year Apple Veteran to senior vice president of Internet software and services.
Eddy Cue played a major role in the development of popular web and iTunes stores and now will be working on iCloud and iAd.
Company’s website states, which was updated yesterday:
“Eddy oversees Apple’s industry-leading content stores including the iTunes Store, the revolutionary App Store and the iBookstore, as well as iAd and Apple’s innovative iCloud services”
Cook is working hard as the new CEO and is looking to keep the talent that has made Apple no.1 tech company. However, according to analysts Cue’s main challenge is iCloud.
