This tweak will NOT work from any other repo’s other than insanelyi because it is heavily encrypted, and it was designed to only be downloaded from the insanelyi repo. if you try to download it from any other repo other than insanelyi, it will ALWAYS give error. I’ve tried this already.

This might have actually been worth it, if there was a cracked version to test first. I’ve bought tweaks before, and have been disappointed that I wasted my money. Now I use cracked to test out my themes and tweaks. If I like them, I buy them. This is one tweak I might not get, even if it fixes my issues, because I can’t test it. I tried out the cracked versions of 3G Unrestrictor and FaceBreak, and neither of them worked at all. Had I bought them, I would have wasted $8 at least. If I buy it and it doesn’t work for my battery issues, that’s another $5 I wasted. If there was a working cracked version, I could test it, and if it worked, I would gladly pay for it. I’ve been looking for a real battery fix for a while now, since 5.0.1 didn’t work.

Can anyone CONFIRM that this works for battery issues, without causing problems in other areas? If someone can completely confirm, I’ll buy this tweak.

tried it from xSellize.. caused my iphone 4s to heat up .. could feel how warm it was by touching the back of the phone.. losing about 1% a minute of power.. had to remove it..

if you look at the bottom when installing there is an error code 13532.
Don’t know if this means it’s not working

Can you 100% confirm it’s working properly? Just saying “it works” isn’t enough. Unless of course you’d like to buy the vip package for me. Then I’ll try it out without working confirmation.

TBH, Sbsettings + 3g antenna off when not in use = bout 5 hours extra standby time for me, 3 hours extra gsm voice!

Hey guys! It’s me the video guy for CydiaHelp!! I was reading through these comments and I’m seeing a lot of you being skeptical about this tweak. And I’m seeing others thinking that the cracked version actually works. Let me tell you guys a little secret It’s not working for cracked users….devs are VERY smart now and they know how to ‘tweak’ their tweaks to NOT work if it’s cracked. Let me rephrase that, if it’s cracked, it won’t work. If it’s legitimately bought somewhere, it’s going to work. 3G unrestrictor for example. I have BOUGHT the tweak and it works PERFECTLY! Those of you who cracked it and complain that it didn’t work and you’re glad you saved your money, no. You’re sadly mistaken. The developers are VERY VERY smart now-a-days. What’s $5 anyways? You spent $200-600 buying the device to begin with. Plus a monthly phone bill. Go buy these tweaks guys. Getting a cracked copy and saying “it doesn’t work” is WRONG. It does work.

As far as it being on a VIP repo, that’s just marketing. I would do the same thing. They just want exposure to their VIP repo which has its benefits! So do it. Quit crying and complaining it doesn’t work. Jailbreaking is legal because the devs promised to warn about these repos that make everything free. Pay for it ONE time and use it on all your devices. It’s really no big deal. Seriously.

Doent work on iPhone 4 on 5.0.1 with the latest redsnow beta 4 now I already turned my 3G off , put my back light down and turned just about everything eles off and battery is worse I do have spite installed for Siri and that’s off too I also tryed setting up as new phone with a restore nothing works when I was on iOS 4.3.3 my battery was realy good and did about a day and a half so there must be big issues with ios 5.0.1 also I have tryed getting a new battery fitted as well but all is the same even without jailbreakin my iPhone battery is bad on iOS 5.0.1

Hey guys, carefull installing this. They ask for you UDID and this could be a great way to collect UDID to make SIRI Cracked app to work on old iPhones. Be carefull, this smells, feels, looks a nice way to scam people UDID.
DONT USE THIS, Dont be stupid, i hope im wrong but are you going to deliver UDID and Serial number of your PERSONAL PHONE to a bunch of strangers?

Pretty sure it HELPS, not sure if it’s a 100% fix. Instead of losing about 5% of battery an hour I might only lose 2%. It also seems like my phone takes a little longer to charge, which seems like a good sign.

Don’t use such tweak, let Apple correct it themselves, or you could damage your phone.

Ok didn’t work for me do I uninstalled it and rebooted my phone now my battery is going down even faster and it’s using my data services I even turned my 3G off and it’s still using data even when it’s on screen lock u can hear it also when my phone is near any speakers I think I’m gonna restore my phone as new device just letting you all know check your selfs and see if it’s using ur data also

You problem just got your UDID stolen and thats it. Maybe in the future your Siri wont work properly, or even worst i dunno.

i registered in insanelyi VIP just to get this tweak… and i can say that it works for my iphone 4S 5.0.1. before i installed this tweak, i usually full-charged my iphone 4S before going to sleep at night. and when i checked in the morning… it is already down to 80-90% and it is just on standby. but really, when i installed this tweak from insanelyi vip, i can still see my battery at 100% the next morning. and at the end of the day, i still have 70-80% battery. so as i see it… this tweak works… but am not sure with the cracked ones.

It looks like it was just a money making scheme for Insanelyi.
If you look at how many Iphones have been sold including the battery drain fault….knowing these people would jump at the chance of fixing the battery drain problem….nice little earner !

I’m not going to lie. I bought the VIP package specifically cause of this post, and you’ve never steered me wrong before. I installed the package and it does absolutely NOTHING for my battery life. Searched the internet yesterday and found out why. The tweak installs a code that is useless. Does absolutely nothing. This is why I try cracked versions BEFORE spending money. Yes it’s only $5. But that $5 could have been used elsewhere for something that actually benefited me, instead of simply throwing $5 in the garbage.

This is a scam. If you don’t believe me go to the package after you have installed, scroll down and look at filesystem content (Tells u what it contains) There’s NOTHING. Look at other tweaks and you will see a lot of files (Mostly in mobile substrate) It just asks you to reboot and you think it has solved your problems! If you really want to solve it then go to location services, then system services and turn of setting time zone. It helped me like hell! another fix is via ifile… Go to system/library/launch daemons. Search crash on top and you will see about six plists. These are responsible for sending crash reports to apple, They work in the backgound. You dont want that since it sends crash reports to apple which helps it fix jailbreak exploits. It also consumes about 50 mb ram!!!! This is treasure for ipod touch users. This really reduces the amt of ram being used! Go to cydia and download omnistat before doing this so you can see the amt of ram used before and after that. I suggest make a backup of these files incase you delete something else

How can u say that 3G unrestrictor doesn’t work I use it everyday don’t know bout batt. Tweek but it would b awesome if i knew for sure cause I jailbreak then go back to stock then do it all over again in one bug vicious addictive cycle after another.
