Although it’s a tethered jailbreak, many users jailbroke their devices.

Ultrasn0w 1.2.5 does NOT unlock high basebands. Only basebands mentioned in the post can be unlocked. Ultrasn0w 1.2.5 mainly brings support to iOS 5.0.1.
